Microids has released a new trailer for the psychological thriller Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo by Pendulo Studios. The game was released for PC in mid-December and will be available for consoles next year.

Imagine you are firmly convinced of a trauma you have experienced – but everything speaks against what has happened. This is what happens to the author Ed Miller in Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo. Miller suffers a car accident in California. Although he firmly claims that his daughter and wife were also in the car, there is no trace of either of them at the scene of the accident. Now the writer is severely traumatised and suffers from vertigo. To find out what really happened, Ed goes to therapy. But sometimes the truth is perhaps better kept hidden.

Borrowing from Alfred Hitchcock’s film, Vertigo tells a gripping story of the human psyche. Investigate from the perspective of three people and uncover their own backstories. Can you distinguish between reality and madness? Find out for yourself!

Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo is available on stream for just under 30 euros. In addition, the psychological thriller will be released for Xbox, PlayStation and Switch at an as yet unspecified date next year. We have more crime atmosphere for you with Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot.
