Thanks to a trick, you can use the invisible sniper in Guarma to take out your enemies in Red Dead 2.

In Red Dead Redemption 2, there is a small tropical island called Guarma where you are stalked by an invisible sniper. Reddit user -_-lolz has now released a video in which he not only managed to escape his mysterious pursuer, but also to exploit him for his own purposes. All he needs is a large dead animal.

The Flesh Bullet Trap

Guarma is a tropical island off the coast of Cuba that you can only visit as part of the fifth chapter of Red Dead Redemption 2. If you return after completing the chapter, you will be exiled by an invisible sniper at a certain point. This is nothing more than an unused alternative to common game world limitations such as invisible walls.
Although several ways have been discovered in the past to visit the island anyway, one of them has now become much more interesting.

Reddit user -_-lolz makes use of the fact that the invisible sniper always fires from the current camera angle (Are you the culprit?). By carrying a large, dead animal on his shoulder, which he has previously killed, all projectiles are absorbed by the lifeless body. At least as long as you don’t accidentally look into his beautiful face.

Since the Reddit user knows exactly which direction the shots are coming from, he can adjust the camera and his dead pig so that the projectiles do not land in the animal’s body but in the head of the opposing guards. The advantage: Arthur is not perceived as a threat and attacked by other opponents. After all, the sniper is the villain and not you, hehe.

So while you can relax and explore the island and enjoy the bright sunshine, you benefit from the friendly fire of your opponents. At least until your shoulder gives out.

More curious stories about Red Dead can be found in the box above. For example, you’ll find ultra-fast carriages where the townspeople wish that invisible snipers were their biggest problem. No dead pig on your shoulder will help there!
