Ark: Survival Ascended – One map comes sooner, the other later

Studio Wildcard is working on filling the Early Access of Ark: Survival Ascended with new content. Two popular maps are set to find their way into the remaster this spring. As the developer has announced, their integration into the game has now changed.

The mixed reviews on Steam and Metacritic show that Studio Wildcard still has a lot of work to do on Ark: Survival Ascended. Even though the game shines in a new splendour thanks to the Unreal Engine 5, various bugs and optimization problems are still robbing some fans of their gaming fun. There were similar problems when the predecessor was released shortly after its release. So anyone who has been following the game for a while will be familiar with the problems.

In a new community blog post, Studio Wildcard talks about the upcoming changes to Ark: Survival Ascended. The popular map The Center will be released in at the end of February after originally being scheduled for May.
With its green jungles, icy peaks and caves littered with crystals, it offers you a whole host of secrets to discover. Along with the map, the giant, feathered Gigantoraptor is also celebrating its return to the game.

Scorched Earth coming later to Ark: Survival Ascended

While The Center will be released earlier, the release of the map Scorched Earth has been postponed. Its release was originally planned for February, but has now been postponed to April 1st
To give you a feel for the desert-like map, the DLC Frontier Adventure Pack will be released together with it. This contains not only a western outfit, but also the option to lay railroad tracks and thus unlock a new form of transportation.

In spring, Studio Wildcard also wants to come up with new events in Ark: Survival Ascended. So Love Evolved will probably deal with Valentine’s Day, while Eggcelent Adventures will focus on Easter.
