Ubisoft has finally let the cat out of the bag and explained what the planned Infinity Hub for its Assassin’s Creed games is all about. The most important thing: the thing is not called Infinity at all, but simply Animus Hub. Behind it is a kind of launcher for current and future Assassin’s Creed titles.

But the new Animus doesn’t just want to be a launcher Because in addition to the games you can access in the Memories section, you should also have access to special rewards, missions and lore bits via the Animus. Play one of the weekly Project missions and you’ll unlock skins, lore entries and keys. You can use the keys to buy weapons and armor for Shadows in the Exchange. The lore entries in the Vault give you a deeper insight into the background story of the Assassin’s Creed world.
