With Voidtrain you now get a quite unique survival game in Early Access. Here you will explore a mysterious void, where you will not only encounter gigantic creatures but also hostile raiders. And you’ll do all this with a space train that you’ll upgrade as the game progresses.

The trailer gives you a glimpse of the interesting setting and not only shows you the battles, but also presents some of the discoveries you can make here. The current version of the game contains the first of three story chapters and still offers a quite limited technology tree. The official roadmap, however, already promises more content.

Player reactions are mixed at the moment. (On Steam ), the game has 65 percent positive reviews Some of the more common criticisms include a boring narrator, a straightforward tech tree, and that the open world leaves something to be desired, that you mostly just move in a straight line from gate to gate.  On top of that, the fact that you have to link your Steam account to an Epic account to play multiplayer is also viewed negatively.
