Lawman role, a five-year plan, a lot of heart: fans of Red Dead Online are working hard to show the potential of Red Dead Online.

Desperate players created an internet campaign with SaveRedDeadOnline to get Rockstar to pay more attention to the Western MMO. Many players celebrate the potential of Red Dead Online, but want more substantial updates that deliver tangible new content. GTA Online is always used as a comparison, which Rockstar has been supplying with massive amounts of game content for nine years.

And some fans go to really great lengths to provide Rockstar with a template. One player outlines a complex five-year plan that spans eleven major updates. Another fan invents the role of the sheriff (Lawman), which has been demanded for years, and shows how relatively easily it could be integrated into the existing game.

Fan Suggestions: Five years of updates

On the fan site (GTAbase.com) user Yangy published a concept package. And not just any concept, but a plan in scale and detail for which developers would probably have to hire a game designer.

The concept includes eleven major updates: the first alone boasts playful content, comfort functions, world-building elements, mini-games, designer enhancements, new items, and, and, and.

With thousands of characters, the diligent player outlines a sports competition as an in-game event, skills for different activities, new missions and a matching Outlaw Pass. At the end, the player even justifies his concept.

And that was only the first of the eleven updates: the other ten revolve, for example, around high society, a fight club in Saint Denis, the eagerly desired heists, a zombie update, comprehensive trading options and much more.

What the last update Blood Money actually brought to the game, you can see in the video:

Fan Suggestions: The Lawman Role

Reddit user Mike_Doves shows in a vivid video how he thinks Rockstar could integrate the much desired Lawman role into the game. He suggests a chain of missions in which players clear out criminal camps and collect clues to a killer until they could finally track down and hunt down the criminal in one of several final missions.

The proposal combines the manhunt from the Bounty Hunter role with the Collector’s card collection as well as the icing on the cake of a final mission, which similarly exists in the mission series in the Blood Money update.

As a reward, the fan suggests a small amount of money for each camp cleared out and a larger amount for the successful finale. According to Mike_Doves, there should also be some gold.

Now the only question that remains is to what extent Rockstar is planning a future for the Western MMO. And whether they will be inspired by one of the numerous proposals. For Red Dead Online players, therefore, it’s still wait and see and chew Jolly Jack’s.

What do you think of the players’ ideas? Do you have any interesting suggestions of your own? Share them with the other readers in the comments!
