The popular co-op series We Were Here has released a new part and is giving it away for a short time on Steam and for consoles.

What to expect in the free Steam game
What’s it about? We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip marks the start of a brand new spin-off series from We Were Here. With the Expeditions label, the developers aim to present compact adventures that you can experience together with a friend in a short period of time. It’s all about crunchy puzzle action that’s perfect for a quick co-op experience in between.
What to expect: At the beginning of the game, you are on the high seas and receive a mysterious distress call that leads you to an island that harbours an abandoned amusement park. And in this park, as you know from the series, many puzzles await you, which can only be solved through teamwork.
The new part is completely self-contained and assumes no prior knowledge from the previous four parts of the main series. This means that both newcomers and long-time fans of the series can easily jump in and enjoy the story to the fullest.
