The new first-person shooter relies on a Free2Play model with a Battle Pass, but offers different paid variants.
Right from the start of the open beta on December 5, 2024, there will be a Battle Pass for Delta Force. Since the game offers two very different multiplayer experiences with a PvP mode on large battlefields and an extraction mode, players will be able to choose from several variants of the Battle Pass.
Delta Force Battle Pass at a glance
First of all, there is some free content for all players for the first season, called Geneis. This includes the new operator Toxic, as well as some safe boxes for the Extraction mode.
The Battle Pass is available for purchase in three versions:
- Warfare Edition (Price: $6.90): Includes items specifically for Warfare mode, such as vehicle skins and XP tokens, as well as universal rewards.
- Operations Edition (Price: $6.90): Includes Extraction-mode Safe Boxes and consumables, as well as universal rewards.
- Deluxe Edition (Price: $9.60): Includes all the rewards from both versions.
The universal rewards include operator skins, weapon skins, and cosmetics for customizing the player profile. The developers shared a first overview of the contents of the battle passes via X, formerly Twitter:

A concrete overview of the content is not yet available. Furthermore, it is not known whether the in-game currency can be earned in sufficient quantities to refinance the Battle Pass.
It will also be interesting to see how they will distribute the in-game currency across the two mode-specific battle passes or whether it will be one of the universal rewards.
Such a division is rather atypical and cannot be found in genre competitors such as Battlefield 2042. It will become clear in a few days whether this unusual approach is an advantage for players who are only interested in one of the two multiplayer modes, for example. At least in terms of content, the game has already sparked our interest, so we will be giving Delta Force a first review.
