Last night, Bungie announced Destiny 2: Into the Light. This is a two-month content update, which is intended to prepare players for the upcoming year-round expansion The Final Form. In addition, the development studio has announced a ghost-hunting collaboration.
Destiny 2: Into the Light will be available to the entire community on April 9, 2024 To discuss the exact content, features and bonuses of the content update, Bungie has announced a series of livestreams. These are scheduled to take place on March 19 , March 26 and April 2 During these livestreams, community members can earn Twitch Drops by linking their accounts. In addition to Into the Light there are other big announcements from the Destiny 2 universe. Starting March 19, Bungie is hosting a collaboration with Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire to raise awareness for the film’s premiere on March 21.
Interested parties can purchase a Ghostbusters Firehouse accessory pack in the Everversum Store. This includes an Exotic Slimer Ghost Shell, a Garraka-inspired Exotic Sparrow and an Exotic Ecto-1 Ship. As a bonus, anyone who purchases a corresponding item will receive a genuine Bungie Premium Slimer Ghost Shell paper mask to download.

After the completion of Destiny 2: Into the Light the shooter will finally launch in final formon June 4. In the game’s biggest battle yet, the Guardians will be able to face the Witness directly. Those with a PlayStation Plus subscription can prepare for this battle and unlock access to the expansion The Witch Queen for free until April 1.
In addition, the Guardian Games – All Stars will take place until March 26. Hunters, Titans and Warlocks will compete in various in-game challenges to determine the success of their classes. To celebrate this special All-Star event, all participants can enjoy the new Skimboard transportation with all the tricks
