Not long to go before the fourth major expansion for Destiny 2 is released, Witch Queen, which lives up to its name and features a direct confrontation with the Witch Queen Savathûn, the sister of the former villain Oryx.

But you won’t be fighting Savathûn on a classic planet, instead you’ll have to go to her throne world. Bungie gives a fresh insight into this world with a trailer: Savathûn’s world is above all dark and offers countless secrets. The focus is on the huge palace, but the swamp within the throne world should not be ignored.

In this unusual area, of course, fresh enemy variants again await you. In this case, however, the enemies this time also have the powers of light and are thus more dangerous than usual – at least on paper.

Destiny 2: Witch Queen will be released on 22 February 2022 and not only takes you to a new area, but also offers a new weapon type, a new raid, a new six-player activity and much more.
