In a few days, Diablo 4 will enter Season 6 and the first expansion. If you don’t know what to do until then, we have a few tips for you to prepare.
From October 8, new possibilities will open up in Sanctuary. With the Vessel of Hatred expansion and the start of Season 6, Diablo 4 players will soon have plenty to do. But you don’t have to put the axe in the lap until then – which, by the way, is very dangerous – because we have collected a few ideas on how you can prepare for the new content.
Preparing for Vessel of Hatred
1. Dive into the story (again)
The add-on continues the story of the main game. To avoid constantly having to look up names like Leynelle or Lorath in the wiki, you should re-familiarize yourself with the story
If you have a lot of time, just play the campaign again; if not, we have conveniently written a summary for you.
2. Use the preload
If you want to start at 1 a.m. on the release day, download the update beforehand This is already possible for Battle.net users, and the download will also be activated in advance for console players. We have an overview of the exact times for you.
3. Get your reputation to level 4
If you still lack some reputation in one area or another, now (as with every season change) is a good opportunity to complete the last few quests for level 4.
Why stop at level 4? Level 4 and 5 rewards are swapped with the expansion pack, so you’ll get the four extra paragon points earlier.
4. New Difficulty Levels and Build Choice
Whether you are playing on the Eternal or Seasonal realm, keep the new difficulties in mind when choosing your build. To complete Agony 1 through 4, you must complete the Foreman’s Pit with the respective time limit mastery at certain levels:
- Trial 1: Level 20
- Trial 2: Level 35
- Trial 3: Level 50
- Trial 4: Level 65
If you want to decide on a build in advance, you should therefore make sure that it is suitable for the pit. Please also feel free to check out GlobalESportNews and , where we will be providing you with the best builds for the new season as usual in the coming days.
5. House cleaning on the Eternal Realm
If you don’t start from scratch with a new character every season, there are a few things you can do on the Eternal Realm to prepare.
Most items, with the exception of good Mythic Uniques, are likely to become too weak to use with the release of the addon. However, you can already start hoarding gold and upgrade materials, as both are just as relevant for the new items.
What you should also collect are the summoning materials for the Tormented Bosses at level 200 Their drops are an important source for the new runes.
