On Metacritic, Dragon’s Dogma 2 has received positive reviews from the specialist press, which basically speaks for the quality of the sequel. The earlier parts of the series have already been praised for their creative gameplay elements and the vibrant world, which has raised expectations for the latest installment
However, the community is taking a harder line with the fantasy RPG and is venting its anger primarily at the microtransactions within the game.
