In the approximately 16 minutes of video footage, you get a condensed look at Dying Light 2 and how a quest plays out. The mission A Place Called Home begins on a rooftop, leads protagonist Aiden through parts of the city with the help of a paraglider and finally into an underground station. Once there, Aiden has to make one of the many decisions that influence the open game world, among other things.
There is also fighting, of course, because looters attack an outpost at the end, which Aiden has to defend. It soon turns out, however, that pure hand-to-hand combat won’t help here, because the attackers have some kind of mortar at the ready. So it’s back to swinging from rooftop to rooftop to end the rocket fire early.
