Dysterra is a gritty sci-fi shooter in which you don’t just shoot wildly through the area. To be able to fend off the coming threat, you also have to collect resources and build a base to be able to produce valuable equipment. Survival also plays a role, as you have to hunt animals to be able to produce food. You also have to pay attention to status effects such as heat, cold and radiation.

The extensive base building is reminiscent of genre colleagues like Rust or Ark and lets you build imposing science fiction bases that will help you defend yourself. To keep this exciting over time, you’ll be surprised every now and then by random events that can contain precious equipment.

While there is no release date yet, you can sign up for a playtest on the (official Steam shop page). However, the registration is not a guaranteed access, as random players will be selected.
