There’s a blind spot in the interwebs that could point to an upcoming DLC for Elden Ring.
What could a DLC for Elden Ring bring? While the official site has been silent on the matter, fans are finding more and more clues as to where the ride could go in the future. One of the most exciting approaches is in the middle of the game world.
The interstates are basically built organically. Interesting places and cities are distributed asymmetrically, so you can’t really discern any patterns. But the Divine Towers reveal a clear system, which leads players to a promising theory.
To be on the safe side, we warn you against slight spoilers concerning the game world of Elden Ring. If you would rather uncover the map yourself, read no further at this point.
Centred on a mysterious veil
The Divine Towers loom large in the main areas of Elden Ring. Fans on social media have now pinpointed the midpoint between the towers. They come up with a spot that is obscured by clouds on the map of Elden Ring. Is this a new area, perhaps for a future DLC? At least that is the theory of the fans.

The arrangement is truly remarkable, especially since nothing can lift the veil in the middle. We could imagine an island or similar new area at this point for a DLC.
So far, however, there seems to be nothing at this point. One player tricked his way to the spot and found exactly that: a big nothing. A hole. Without content.

It’s hard to imagine From Software designing the game world of Elden Ring like this without something in mind. But whether a DLC is taking place there or there is a remnant of unfinished content here, only time will tell now. The theory is certainly exciting.
