Fallout 76 three years later – Here’s how Bethesda’s biggest RPG disappointment has changed

When Fallout 76 was released in November 2018, the online role-playing game was a big disappointment for many fans of the Fallout series. Bethesda’s survival MMO was full of bugs on the one hand and lacked familiar strengths of its offline predecessors on the other. Where were the good quests, where were the NPCs?

Three years later, Fallout 76 has changed and feels more like what we originally imagined an online Fallout to be. And the developers are still feeding the game with new content, even announcing a major expansion for 2022. But is all this enough to give Fallout 76 another chance?
