There isn’t really an overarching story either, Sunless Skies consists ofmany small storiesthat you discover on your explorations through the space colonized by the Queen.
You are on the road as a train driver and travel from port to port to explore the world and fulfill orders. You will meet otherspace locomotives, but there may also be pirates among them.
In addition to all the reading, you can also fight and upgrade your locomotive with equipment and weapons. These will also help you against the one or other horror lurking in the depths of space.
The game offers a hand-drawn game world with a dense horror atmosphereà la Lovecraft. The GlobalESportNews test gave it an 84 rating on release.
