The weekend is saved. You can currently play games like Company of Heroes 3 and Rainbow Six: Siege without paying a cent.
At the end of the work week, Steam likes to act like a patron and comes up with free offers. This time, however, Valve’s gaming platform is in good company, because Epic Games, Ubisoft and Itch.io also want to have their say.
So you can play some games for free in the next few days and keep some of them too. We’ll tell you what’s waiting for you.
Highlight – Rainbow Six: Siege
(Genre: Multiplayer Shooter – Release: 2015 – Developer: Ubisoft)
Rainbow Six: Siege will be celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. This is not only a reason to celebrate for those who like to party, because Ubisoft is planning something very special. What exactly, nobody really knows yet, but it should be a gigantic update for the shooter. If you want to try R6 Siege again before then, you now have a wonderful opportunity.
You throw yourself into 5-on-5 matches in a tactical shooting spree. As defenders, you use walls and barricades while attackers try to take them apart. The special thing about this is the operator system, where you choose between different characters who have their own strengths and weaknesses.
By the way, it doesn’t matter which platform you play on for the free weekend. Thanks to cross-platform play, you can team up with anyone in R6 Siege and jump right into the action. If you liked the game, there is currently also a juicy 80 percent discount on all platforms, for example on Steam.
