Macaulay Culkin will soon be chasing not burglars, but roaming the wastelands of Fallout. The actor landed a role in the second season.

Kevin is no longer home alone, because he is trading a lonely Christmas for a life in the post-apocalyptic world of Los Angeles. That’s what happens when you grow up.

Yes, you heard that right. Former child star Macaulay Culkin will be appearing in the second season of Fallout!

Macaulay Culkin in Fallout: Season 2

As reported by Variety and Deadline, Macaulay Culkin, now 44, kin will join the cast around Ella Purnell (Arcane, Yellowjackets), Aaron Moten (Father Stu, Emancipation), Walton Goggins (Predators, Django Unchained) and co. in the second season of Fallout.

Not much is known about Culkin’s role yet, but we do know that he will play a “crazy, genius guy.”

What has Macaulay Culkin been doing for the last few years?

Most recently, the actor lent his voice to the character of Dr. Plowp in the animated series The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy. The show has been running on Amazon Prime Video since February 23, 2024.

In 2021, Culkin starred in the tenth season of American Horror Story, where he played the character Mickey.

What is known about Fallout: Season 2 so far?

The end of the first season left fans with a cliffhanger and made it quite clear where the journey should go. Accordingly, the ghoul (Hoggins) and former Vault resident Lucy (Purnell) set out to find her father Hank (Kyle MacLachlan). Maximus (Moten) is back with the Steel Brotherhood and seems to be staying there for the time being.

In addition to the stars mentioned, some residents from Vaults 33 and 32 are also returning, such as Moisés Arias, who plays Lucy’s brother Norm MacLean.

Recently, actress Leslie Uggams (Betty) confirmed that filming for season 2 is scheduled to start in November 2024.Accordingly, we can probably not expect new episodes until mid-2026 at the earliest.
