Sneaking through a futuristic Berlin and getting to the bottom of a conspiracy: Elysium Games Studio gives first glimpses of its role-playing game Shadow of Conspiracy.

A small German developer team called Elysium Games Studio presented the title Shadow of Conspiracy during gamescom. We give you an overview of the dystopian role-playing game.

A small team of less than ten people is working on Shadow of Conspiracy at Elysium Games Studio. The first trailer flickered at gamescom on Thursday, which already reveals some interesting details. The German production is a cinematic action role-playing game set in futuristic Berlin in the year 2087.

The city and especially the poorer citizens have to fight against increasing corruption and advancing mechanisation. The story begins with an uprising of the population after the head of all police departments has been brutally murdered. Players then take on the role of the protagonist Nolan, one of the city’s best police officers. His mission is to find and protect the police chief’s daughter.

Shadow of Conspiracy – Section 2 in itself is supposed to combine narrative elements with shooter and stealth mechanics. The game can be played from third and first person perspective. There is no release date yet, but the title is said to be available for Playstation 5, Xbox Series X and PC.

Elysium Games Studio was founded in 2010 and is officially funded by the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure.
