Just yesterday the rumour mill was bubbling over the multiplayer of Gotham Knights. Now Warner Bros. Games presents a first gameplay video of the upcoming action adventure. In it we can follow Nightwing and Red Hood as they fight crime.

The patrols of the two heroes are different. While Nightwing zooms through the night sky with his Glider, the Flying Trapeze, Red Hood uses the Mystical Leap to cover further distances. If it has to go particularly fast, however, the FastBat is available to all members of the Bat family for fast travel.

When the two enter the fray, they also use different strategies. Nightwing titters like a bouncy ball with his Escrima sticks from one opponent to the next, while Red Hood lets his weapons do the talking and shows steadfastness.
They are nevertheless united when it comes to Homes. Both are capable of stealth attacks and attacking their enemies from the shadows.

So far, it can be said that if you liked the Arkham series, you will love Gotham Knights. From powerful combo attacks to collecting evidence with augmented reality vision, everything feels familiar but even more refined.

Away from the brawl in Gotham Knights

While on patrol, the heroes can find blueprints that they can use to level up various pieces of equipment. At the workbench in the headquarters you can make appropriate changes. There you will also find the Bat Computer, which the Gotham Knights use to keep track of the city.

Last but not least, the trailer shows us first impressions of the open world of Gotham Knights. Whether we’re swinging from one tall building to the next or looking around the city streets; We’ll have plenty of room to explore when the action adventure is released on 25 October. Pre-orders are being taken now at the (official website).
