The Summer Update 2021 for GTA Online has a release date and a name: Los Santos Tuners will be released on 20 July and will not only deliver new cars and tuning options, but also LS Car Meet membership and new missions.

Release: When will Los Santos Tuners be released?
Date: Los Santos Tuners will be available in GTA Online on 20 July.
Time: A concrete time is not known at the moment, but according to experience, the new update should be played out in GTA Online around 4 to 5 p.m. German time.
New content is spread over several weeks: Fans should note, however, that not all of the Los Santos Tuners content will be available in GTA Online on 20 July 2021. As with the Cayo Perico Heist, for example, a new car will be released every week to keep players interested in the long term.
Cost: How much does Los Santos Tuners cost?
No Paid DLC: Like all previous expansions for GTA Online, Los Santos Tuners is also free for all owners of GTA 5.
However, you will have to be able to afford the new content, such as cars, tuning improvements and the new LS Car Meet membership, with your in-game savings. However, GTA Online offers you enough ways to earn money to avoid reaching for paid Shark Cards and thus your credit card.
LS Car Meet: This is what the new exclusive membership has to offer
Meeting others in car parks in GTA Online and showing off your own tuned cars has always been a popular activity of the community. At least until some rag flies in on his Oppressor Mk2 and crashes the party – literally.
The new club “LS Car Meet” provides a remedy: With the new update, players can arrange their car meetings protected from trolls and griefers and thus do not run the risk of being disturbed by them. Armed vehicles and even the police must (of course) stay outside.
New Social Hub: At the LS Car Meet, players can present their cars, hold races, try out different vehicles on a test track. Up to 30 players can take part in the competitions, where direct vehicle contact is disabled.
Raise Reputation for New Rewards: Your reputation at Car Meets is like a new currency. This will unlock new rewards in the form of new tuning options such as tyres and paint jobs. You’ll also gain access to new race modes and even be able to host private car meets. Increase your reputation by entering and winning races, with daily login bonuses, driving on the test track or just being there.
Exclusive membership for a few GTA dollars: For only 50,000 GTA dollars, players can become members of the LS Car Meet. Those who buy in get access to special content, such as a merchandise shop, a tattoo shop and a tuning workshop. Alternate challenges are also available to win special prize vehicles. High-ranking members can even decorate the car meet in their own colours.

Content: What new content will Los Santos Tuners bring?
In addition to the LS Car Meet, Los Santos will of course deliver even more fresh content consisting of new cars, tuning options, heist missions, races and game improvements. First information on the upcoming content is already available.

New Heist Missions: Los Santos Tuners will provide you with new heist missions that will put your skills as a driver to the test. There are no more details on this at the moment.
New Game Enhancements: Los Santos Tuners is also supposed to deliver new Quality-of-Life enhancements, but Rockstar hasn’t given any more details on that yet.
Fast cars for the NextGen release: In addition, Rockstar Games is already holding out the prospect of new gameplay features for the launch of GTA 5 on Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X
