Elden Ring is apparently overshadowed by hacker attacks, which causes users to fall to their deaths incessantly. But there is a trick against it.
⚠️Elden Ring PSA for PC players⚠️
There’s an exploit going around on PC where hackers will corrupt your save file while you’re invaded.
First they will crash your game, and when you open it back up, your character will be constantly falling to their death… pic.twitter.com/8et3bl8T1I

The hack can ruin many hours of play. It all starts quite harmlessly. The PvP intruder enters the world, but while using an ability, Elden Ring crashes and after a restart, your character is permanently thrown out of the world and dies an agonising death. Nevertheless, there is a way to escape from this permanent loop.
☻
This requires a very quick hand. After Elden Ring has been restarted, the player:s must exit the game with ALT+F4 before the character dies. This saves more seconds for the next start. Elden Ring must then be restarted – but immediately after the game has loaded, the map must be opened. A place of grace must then be selected.
- Close the game before death with ALT+F4
- After starting Elden Ring, open the map
- Press Triangle (PS5), Y (Xbox), F (Keyboard)
- Press X (PS5), A (Xbox), R (Keyboard)
- Confirm the selection and teleport to the round table fortress
After that, the problem with the endless loop should have been solved. It is also possible to teleport to any other place of grace. Those who have been lucky so far and have not fallen into the clutches of the hackers could also do without playing online completely. The only thing that must not be activated for this is a crooked finger, as otherwise enemy players:inside can appear in the world.
