The RoN roadmap for January 2022 promises quite a few improvements. Some of which players are already clamouring for.
A short but celebrated Early Access release lies behind the spiritual SWAT heir Ready or Not. But this only marks the beginning, because the developers are already back from their Christmas holidays. And VOID Interactive immediately announces the plans for January 2022.
On the roadmap for the next update are new game modes for existing levels, a slew of new weapons, new voice lines for NPCs and various detail improvements that players are already desperately wanting. We have summarised all the announced innovations for you here.

Developer VOID shared plans for early 2022 on Twitter. Initially, the upcoming update will be released and tested sometime in January as part of the Supporter Alpha only, before being rolled out to all Early Access players afterwards:

5 new game modes on the maps:
- 213 Park Homes, Twisted Nerve gets aggressive mode Raid.
- Port Hoken, Hide and Seek lets you defuse bombs.
- Caesar’s Car Dealership, Buy Cheap, Buy Twice mission lets you free hostages.
- In Wenderly Hills Hotel, Checkin’ in you will free hostages and encounter a spree killer.
3 or 4 new weapons:
- R7: Customisable irritant weapon with magazine feed
- MK. 16 SCAR L: 5.56 assault rifle
- Krinkov SLR: Powerful submachine gun
- MK1 BCM: Exclusive 5.56 assault rifle for Supporter Edition owners
Improved weapons and equipment:
- Improved weapon descriptions in the loadout menu
- Weapon model of the G19 is updated to Gen. 5 of the real prototype
- New weapon model for the M9A1
- New models for CS-Gas, Stinger and Flashbang
New and improved Voice Lines:
- New Voice Line for Tactical Operation Command (TOC)
- Removed obsolete voice lines.
- More variety in civilian voice lines
More improvements including:
- Alpha testing will begin for localisations in German, Korean and French.
- Integration of Vivox technology for better in-game communication
- Improve and revise rules for legitimate use of force and penalties for rule violations
- Adjustments to the civilian AI, concerning morale and surrender
- Improved voting and player control, such as being able to kick players from their own lobbies
