The sequel to one of the most popular construction games is ready for release. Tomorrow, Thursday, House Flipper 2 will be released for PC. A console release is scheduled for March 2024. Developer Frozen District has therefore released the final trailer.

With the slogan “More than just a simulator”, the Polish developer studio Frozen District is promoting the long-awaited House Flipper 2. Wield the hammer, the cleaning gloves and the copy gun and transform run-down four walls into a place to feel good!

The quiet town of Pinnacove consists of three districts in which some houses are in need of a makeover. That’s why you don’t hesitate when your old friend Matt calls you and asks you to pay a visit to the respective owners.

In essence, House Flipper 2 is a dream come true for anyone who plays The Sims just to build houses. This building game offers you the opportunity to change a house from the ground up and customize it according to the wishes of your clients

Whether you’re cleaning, putting up walls, painting or even laying tiles – the versatile work offers fun variety for all creative minds.
You will immerse yourself in the stories of your clients and find out what they have experienced up to this moment in their lives

House Flipper 2 will be available tomorrow, December 14, both digitally on Steam and in retail stores with the support of Merge Games. You can also watch the first part in VR since August this year.
