Kingdom Hearts is now available on Steam

Square Enix made the big announcement back in May. Now they are putting it into practice. Selected parts of the Kingdom Hearts series are now available on Steam. There is also a small sale for the release

Yesterday, June 13, Square Enix released the three titles “Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX”, “Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue” and “Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC)” on Steam. The titles can be purchased either individually or as part of the extensive “Integrum Masterpiece” collection. In addition to the main games, the PC versions also include various additional content such as video sequence collections and a movie.

Thanks to Steam Deck compatibility, you can also play the series on the go.

Square Enix is also celebrating the Kingdom Hearts series’ long anniversary with a competition. Participants can win a Steam Deck signed by series creator Tetsuya Nomura, among other prizes. All information about the competition can be found on the corresponding page

Kingdom Hearts: A series with a historical character

In November 2002, Square Enix released the first part of the series in this country. Over the next 20 years, a total of 8 main games, 3 HD remakes and 2 spin-offs were released on various platforms. In addition,Square Enix announced Kingdom Hearts IV in 2022, although they are still keeping quite quiet about it.

The Kingdom Hearts series is not only characterized by the collaboration with Disney and the appearance of the iconic characters. The three-dimensionally constructed levels combined with action-packed battle passages have also been inspiring the community for years.
