After Life is Strange: True Colors continued to tell the story of the series, we are revisiting its beginnings in February. The Life is Strange Remastered Collection takes you back to the roots of the franchise and is set to release in early February. However, Square Enix announced yesterday that the Switch version will be released later.

Return to Arcadia Bay and relive the fates of familiar characters. While you accompany Max in Life is Strange Remastered, Chloe awaits you in Life is Strange: Before the Storm. Life is Strange Remastered Edition will be available for PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Stadia from 1 February.
Unfortunately, it is not yet known when exactly the Nintendo Switch version will be released. To give fans more insight into the Life is Strange Remastered Collection, Square Enix will release a new video on 25 January.

Back to the Roots

Life is Strange began in 2015, the delightfully emotional series that still gathers a huge fan base behind it to this day. The first part tells the story of schoolgirl Max, whose great passion is photography. After moving away with her family for several years, Max now returns to Arcadia Bay as a teenager. Now she has to deal with new classmates, old friends and the mysterious disappearance of a girl.

Life is Strange: Before the Storm was released in 2017 and is set three years before the events of the first part. In this spin-off, you follow Chloe’s fate, Max’s childhood friend. Chloe feels alone and misunderstood at the beginning of the game until she builds a friendship with the popular Rachel Amber. Strengthened by this new confidant, the two find the energy to face their inner demons and perhaps even defeat them.
