RGG Studio announced last night that Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name will only be released in digital version. This promptly drew the ire of the community.
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is the rather long name for the prequel to Infinite Wealth, which is about the story of Kazuma Kiryu. He faked his own death to protect his family and has been living under the codename Joryu ever since. But now a mysterious person takes notice of Kiryu and seems to want to uncover his secret identity.
However, the fan joy over Kiryu’s return has given way to great anger since last night. In a (Tweet) RGG Studio has confirmed that Like a Dragon Gaiden will be available for digital download only on 9 November

So those who collect the physical editions of the series, have slow internet or simply don’t want to spend money on a (more expensive digital edition) will come up empty.
