Italian developer studio LKA announces the release postponement of Martha Is Dead. Both a (PlayStation blog post) and a new trailer announce the change. The psychological thriller will be released in February next year.
Martha Is Dead tells the story of a family living through World War II in Tuscany during the 1940s. Players slip into the role of young Giulia, who tries to uncover the background to the death of her twin sister Martha. In the process, the young woman finds herself in a world full of mysteries, superstition and the cruelties of war.
In the PlayStation blog entry, Tommaso Bonanni, Technical Director of Caracal Games, reports on the immersive gameplay on the PlayStation 5. Not only the adaptive triggers of the DualSense Wireless Controller support the intense gameplay feeling. The 3D audio of the next-gen console also conveys a realistic gameplay feeling, which can provide the necessary atmosphere, especially in a thriller.
