With Sunbreak, Monster Hunter Rise receives its series-typical end game. With this new gameplay trailer, the developers want to get you in the mood for the release of the expansion on 30 June 2022 and also present the roadmap of the free content updates.

In August, the selection of loot will be expanded with Lucent Nargacuga and other monsters. At the same time, the Forlorn Arena will be a new location. Further free updates will be released in autumn and winter as well as next year.

In the expansion itself, you set sail for an entirely new area and face new dangers such as the fearsome “three lords”. The Rope Beetle gets enhanced abilities and you can finally earn the Master rank.

A free demo of the expansion will be available on Steam and Nintendo Switch from 14 June.
