Microsoft presents the World Update 8, which is dedicated to the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of Europe. And the next update will also be picturesque.
A new World Update, packed with picturesque views, lands in Flight Simulator. As announced by the developers at Microsoft and Asobo Studio (announced), World Update 8 is available for download for all owners of the flight simulator.
In addition, we already know what is on the agenda for Flight Simulator afterwards. Because the developers already revealed which region the next World Update 9 will revolve around. But nice and slow, one after the other!
The improved World Update 8
This world update for Flight Simulator is dedicated to the Iberian Peninsula. This time the Mediterranean and Atlantic coastlines of Europe get a beauty treatment. As a result, the lands and cities of Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar will look even more like their real-life counterparts.

The World Updates are intended to give the game world of the flight simulator, which is calculated with the help of satellite data, an even more realistic appearance through manual improvements. In this way, the developers also brought the local DACH region up to date, for example.
This is what is supposed to happen in World Update 9
After the World Update is before the … oh, you know. Let’s make it short: Next, the developers will be devoting themselves to Italy and Malta! The two countries are to be improved in detail in the upcoming World Update 9. The update is currently planned for mid-May.
