After years in which the future of Skull & Bones seemed uncertain, Ubisoft re-introduced the pirate ship combat game in early July 2022 and announced a release date of November 8, 2022. We now know that we will not be making any major land trips in the game and will mainly be travelling on our ship. So it’s no surprise that a new trailer focuses primarily on ship combat, showcasing armaments, ship armour and combat tactics in Skull & Bones.

Obviously, you will be able to customise your ship according to your play style and use a wide variety of cannons, mortars and other weapons. The video also briefly discusses the multiplayer. Here it is obviously important for the developers to emphasise that PvP elements in Skull & Bones are purely optional. More peaceful players can therefore calmly take on only the AI.
