A lot of exciting games are being released on Steam again this week – including a potential round tactics hit for XCOM fans.

Highlight of the week: Hard West 2
(Genre: Round Tactics – Developer: Ice Code Games – Release: August 4, 2022)
Fans of turn-based tactics should definitely keep an eye on Hard West 2: The gameplay is reminiscent of XCOM, but with an unusual Wild West setting. Here you not only have to compete with other cowboys, Indians and lawmen, but also with supernatural enemies like zombies.
In addition to the turn-based battles, the focus here is also on the story: as the leader of a bandit gang, you assemble a group of outlaws and set out on the hunt for a legendary ghost train that is said to be packed to the brim with gold reserves.

(Turbo Golf Racing): A mix of Rocket League, golf and racing game where you have to hole an oversized ball first.
(Vanaris Tactics): A tactical role-playing game that follows in the footsteps of classics like Final Fantasy Tactics.
(PlateUp): Chaotic mix of cooking action à la Overcooked and restaurant management.
(American Truck Simulator – Montana): The latest DLC takes you to the US state of Montana, where you can expect plenty of untamed wilderness.
