One of the most annoying bugs is finally history
We would like to take this opportunity to highlight one of the highlights of the new patch: The Lifmunk Effigy bug has finally been fixed
We’ve already reported on this, we’ll catch up with everyone else here: You can find small green statues of the Pal Lifmunk in the world of Palworld, which give you valuable bonuses as soon as you sacrifice them at a Statue of Power in your base.
The problem so far: Instead of a higher chance of catching Pals, the chances of success were even lower! This bug has now been fixed with the new patch and you can search for the Lifmunk statues with a clear conscience and use them to your advantage.
The update for Palworld will be downloaded and installed automatically on both Steam and your Xbox unless you have manually set something else. Are you currently plagued by bugs in the game that no patch has yet fixed? What do you think about the cheating situation in Palworld? Let us know in the comments!
Palworld – Patch notes for version 0.1.4.1 (Steam) and 0.1.1.4 (Xbox)
Important fixes
- Fixed a bug where the game would always crash and corrupt save data once the number of Pals captured by the guild reached about 7,000.
- In the previous patch, corrupted save data (and the server’s world data) would remain in this state, preventing it from loading. This bug has been fixed and the data can now be loaded correctly.
- Fixed an issue where some weapons equipped by other players would disappear when a player used a grenade in multiplayer.
- Fixed an issue where the displayed catch probability did not actually increase when the catch power was boosted by Lifmunk Effigies, due to an internal processing error.
Corrections in the base
- Fixed an issue where a Pal that was manually assigned to a breeding farm would fall asleep and never wake up.
- Fixed an issue where wood would not fall when a Pal felled a tree at the base.
Miscellaneous
- Countermeasures against some cheats and exploits have been implemented.
