Those who love anime and have been staying in Los Angeles got their money’s worth last weekend. From 1 July to today, 4 July, Anime Expo 2022 took place in California. During this event, ILCA and Bandai Namco released an 18-minute gameplay video of One Piece Odyssey.
Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates get caught in a storm on the high seas, which takes the heroes to a mysterious island. There they are separated from each other and must now fight their way through an unknown territory full of dangerous enemies to find each other again.
In One Piece Odyssey, you don’t just play the lively Ruffy. You can also take on the roles of Zorro, Nami, Lysop, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky and Brook. As the game progresses, you can level up their abilities and make them even more dangerous opponents in the turn-based battle system.
One Piece Odyssey is scheduled for release later this year on PlayStation, Xbox Series X/S and PC. More action-packed group dynamics await you in Gotham Knights.
