1999 saw the release of Outcast, a legendary action-adventure game (with revolutionary voxel graphics at the time) that, to the chagrin of many fans, was only mediocrely remade but never continued – until now. Because at the THQ Showcase, Outcast 2: A New Beginning was announced with this trailer, a genuine sequel after 22 years.

Cutter Slade, the hero from back then, has been brought back by the powerful Yods to protect the inhabitants of the jungle planet Adelpha from a new threat.
