Rolling game fans are really spoiled at the moment. Now another big player is coming around the corner with an important announcement

If you are a fan of complex, big and above all good role-playing games, you certainly have your hands full at the moment. But if you still have some air left after Baldur’s Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and Starfield you can already reserve some time.

Just now Owlcat Games announced another DLC for their brilliant role-playing game Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous . The expansion has been christenedLord of Nothing and picks up from the events of Through the Ashes  The DLC will be released on November 21, 2023

This is what’s in Lord of Nothing

Lord of Nothing will be the first DLC that basically builds on another DLC However, that doesn’t mean you need both expansions You’ll just probably understand more of the story in Lord of Nothing if you’ve played the quasi-prequel and imported your party.

This is about a different group of heroes than in the main game, who also fight against the demons, but whose main goal is their own survival. Because the hero group from Through the Ashes has to do without the legendary paths from the main game and also has a lower level overall.
You also create most of the companions yourself, except for the companions Sendri and Rekarth. The former is also the starting point for the story of Lord of Nothing, which takes you to a new area. The new area is mainly characterized by ice and darkness. In the course of it, you’ll even encounter your own character, the commander of the fifth crusade.

Other new features of the DLC include:

  • The exploration of a wizard tower and the shadow plane.
  • A new companion named Penta, being an android.
  • A lot of new enemy types that you will have to fight.
  • A whole 15 new archetypes, including new spells and abilities.

Are you excited about the new DLC? What do you like most about the new features? Have you played Through the Ashes and want to continue your journey, or are you starting from scratch? Did you even get to enjoy the main game or is that still on your list? And do you currently find time for it at all? We’d love to read your answers in the comments!
