In RimWorld, you start with a small group of colonialists whose primitive bases you can expand into futuristic bases as the game progresses. All in-game scenarios are developed by three AIs. These control combat, trade, medicine, relationships and various environmental influences. For example, if you like it particularly wild and unpredictable, choose Randy Random. Cassandra Classic offers you a balanced but exciting challenge. If you prefer a more relaxed, but steadily more exciting approach, Phoebe Chillax is for you.
