Silent Hill: Ascension aims to mix the boundaries of game and series. The description sounds at first like that of an adventure game from Telltale Games, but there is a big difference: You do not decide here alone, but together with other viewers.
Your choice will, however, influence the course of the plot and the fate of the characters . It also affects not only which characters survive, but in what condition. As a result, no one knows the canon ending of the series at this point. Not even the creators themselves.
Silent Hill Ascension is scheduled to be released in 2023 but has no exact release date as of yet. There are also more Silent Hill projects on the horizon. Among others, a remake of Part 2 is said to be coming, as well as another game called Townfall.
