The much-discussed pirate adventure game Skull & Bones started its first season yesterday. It is called Raging Tides and has some new content in store for the community. More details follow in the overview.

After many years in development hell, Skull & Bones has finally been released. As Ubisoft announced in a press release, community members have been playing an average of four hours a day since the launch. This means that the adventure game has achieved the second-highest playtime of any Ubisoft title

Last night, Ubisoft began releasing the post-launch content for Skull & Bones. In season 1, called Raging Tides you will embark on a dangerous journey against the pirate lord Philippe La Peste and his pirate ship La Potence.
There are also new world eventsin which players will encounter the companies of the DMC (Opwelling) and local factions such as the Fara (Mizerja) clan. You can also embark on bounty hunter missions with the ghost ship Rode Moangodin and the sea monster Zamaharibu and relieve some trade convoys in the Indian Ocean of their cargo.

Rewards in Raging Tides

Once you have successfully completed these challenges, you will receive various rewards. For example, if you make it onto the Best list you will be rewarded with high-level weapons and equipment. There is also a seasonal Smuggler’s Pass, which provides three free paths with new items and blueprints. Cosmetic items for ship and captain outfits as well as materials and aft pieces are also included.
