Star Citizen has received its latest update with Alpha 3.17 “Fueling Fortunes”, which is available now. In the detailed video, all the individual innovations and features are presented to you, but we summarise the most important things for you in text form: Pilots now have new ways to fuel the economy of Star Citizen and thus get money and resources themselves. Specifically, it’s about mining resources on asteroids, selling superfluous loot and new mining tools that are used in the process. For example, players will be able to get rid of their valuables at traders, while ship-to-ship refuelling will be added as a new feature and even fuel to other pilots will be possible.
In addition to new ships and vehicles, there is also a range of small gameplay adjustments, such as the survival elements of Star Citizen: pilots should now make sure to take enough water and food with them, especially on longer flights.
