Qi’ra was played by Emilia Clark in Solo. The character will also appear in the open-world game from Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment
Solo was the first Star Wars film to make a huge loss at the box office. So there will probably never be a sequel – but the story of an important character will continue soon. The criminal lady Qi’ra, played in the film by Emilia Clarke, will appear in the game Star Wars Outlaws
The first details about her role in the story are already known. You can find all the important information right here.
Qi’ra’s return in Star Wars Outlaws
The info on Qi’ra’s appearance comes from an interview that Game Informer conducted with developer Massive Entertainment However, she will not be played by Emilia Clarkethis time, so be prepared for a different voice. There is already a screenshot of her in the upcoming game:

How does Qi’ra fit into the story? Solo takes place before Episode 4, Star Wars Outlaws is set between Episodes 5 and 6 – a few years later. At the end of the movie, Qi’ra has made contact with (the former Darth) Maul, who was secretly pulling the strings of the Crimson Dawn crime syndicate. Among other things, she was trained by him to fight Sith and their followers – but she has no access to the Force
After Maul’s death, Qi’ra became the leader of the Crimson Dawn and clashed with the Empire and even Darth Vader himself – you can read this story in the official comic series “Crimson Dawn”, which takes place partly at the same time as Star Wars Outlaws.
It is not yet known how big her role in the game will be, but it is certain that the main character Kay Voss will at least meet her. The Crimson Dawn is also one of the most powerful factions to appear in the game. It is possible that Qi’ra serves as the client.
Star Wars Outlaws will be released on August 30, 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It will be an open-world adventure in which you don’t wield a lightsaber, but instead get to know the complex underground of the distant galaxy as smuggler Kay Voss.
If you look at the setting, Star Wars Outlaws could feature some familiar faces from other games, films or series. Jabba is definitely there, Han Solo was seen in the trailer in carbon form. Boba Fett, Cad Bane and Fennec Shand could also make an appearance. Are you looking forward to a return of Qi’ra or have you long forgotten about the character?
