Ubisoft’s hotly anticipated Star Wars Open World was shown off for the first time at the Xbox Games Showcase with a stunning trailer.

Big surprise at the Xbox Games Showcase: The hotly anticipated Star Wars Open World game from Ubisoft was shown for the first time and now also has a name and release date: It is called Star Wars Outlaws and will be released in 2024.

First images and info on the Star Wars Open World from Ubisoft

What kind of game is this? You slip into the role of an outlaw named Kay Vess, who somewhat resembles a female Han Solo. Together with your little alien companion Nix, you fight, steal and cheat your way through the various crime syndicates of the galaxy and become one of the most wanted people in the entire galaxy.

Even though there is not too much information about the game yet, the trailer already makes you want more – after all, there is Star Wars atmosphere without end. Huge space battles with Tie Fighters and Star Destroyers, dimly lit cantinas and Stormtroopers marching in step.

If you feel the same as us and can’t wait to find out more about Ubisoft’s big project: On Monday, 12 June 2023, starting at 7pm, Ubisoft Forward will take place.
