Falling Frontier, the strategy highlight for Micha Graf during E3 2021, is coming later: as the developer informs, they want to further polish the story campaign, which revolves around the conflict between Mars and Titan. “Most of Falling Frontiers’ systems are working,” says Todd D’Arcy, who is making the game single-handedly.

“But I have so much more to do when it’s in Early Access.” He says he’s looking forward to incorporating more mechanics like orbital bombardment, which can be seen for the first time in the video here. But the trailer also shows off another new feature of Falling Frontier: crew members who affect their ship’s behaviour can be wounded or killed in combat, but can also escape via escape pod.

Then they become valuable booty: each faction can recover the capsules and interrogate the survivors about the enemy’s position or plans, for example. If you want to learn more about the game and see the grandiose battles
