A new trailer for Street Fighter 6 was released at Summer Game Fest 2022, featuring none other than the American hero Guile, who shows off his usual impressive hair and also gives his opponent a few good bells.
Another piece of good news: Guile’s own fighting arena, the aeroplane freighter, will also be on board in Street Fighter 6. You don’t get to see much more in the new film, but fans should still be satisfied with what is shown.
What else is known? We already know that Street Fighter 6 relies on an unusual innovation for fighting games: a freely explorable overworld! So you can now traipse through the area, have conversations and personally challenge your next opponents to a fight.
Street Fighter 6 will be released in 2023 for PC, PS5, PS4 and Xbox Series X/S.
