Physics sandbox teardown leaves mouths agape: What havoc high-powered lasers wreak in a furniture store, video shows.
With Teardown, a Swedish game developer created a physics sandbox that is second to none. Destruction in a game has rarely been as satisfying as in the curious puzzle game. And modders are already tinkering for all they’re worth to implement their own crazy ideas.
This is what happened with a mix of several mods that make a spectacular combination: A Swedish furniture store, a rotating helix lamp and lots and lots of very powerful lasers. In the end, the shop is in ruins, and presumably the meatballs are well done too.
Like therapy after a Saturday shopping trip
Are you already scheduled to go to the furniture store next Saturday? Are you dreading arrows on the floor and murmuring crowds with whinging children? We have a video that will be like a balm to your soul.
What looks like a cool floor lamp with a disco function at the beginning is actually a cleverly switched combo of extremely powerful lasers that burn mercilessly through the carefully constructed interior architecture:

As the creator of the video explains on Reddit, several mods are used: The level is the aforementioned Swedish furniture store from the Steam Workshop. The lasers are called Laserbombs Apparently, the user has also written a bit of code himself, so the destructive construction shines for a while before the lasers really get started.
In what ways Teardown works not only as an eye-opening tech sandbox, but also as a fun game.
Are you guys into tinkering too? What are your best mod stories with Teardown? Let us and the other readers know in the comments
