The Casting of Frank Stone centers on a group of four friends who want to make their own horror movie in the summer of 1980. However, what begins as a creative project quickly turns into a nightmare. The filming suddenly takes a sinister turn, in which our group of protagonists are confronted with supernatural horror
As the player, we take control of these young filmmakers and have to make life-or-death decisions. Every step, every decision shapes the dark narrative that unfolds like a movie. Fortunately, we have the script in our hands and therefore more control over the events.
One of the key features of The Casting of Frank Stone is the so-calledcutting room This allows us to relive key scenes, make new decisions and find missed collectibles retrospectively. However, this feature is only available if you purchase the deluxe version or have played through the standard version once
A similar premise applies to theLooting Instinct, which can be used to locate crates. However, this feature can only be used if you pre-order the game or play through it once
If you really want to be creeped out in The Casting of Frank Stone, you can use the8mm camerawhich can be found throughout the game. If our protagonist group notices the presence of an invisible entity, they can take a look through this camera and thus dare a direct confrontation. Shock moments are guaranteed!
Together against Frank Stone
Of course you can face the horror of The Casting of Frank Stone alone. But if you don’t want to face the evil alone, there are two options.

While some features of the full version are not yet included in the demo, players can already get a taste of the game’s gripping quick-time events and challenging puzzles. However, it is important to note that progress and collected items will not carry over to the full version.
