Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a new story adventure that lets you experience the story of four teenagers in the 90s
At the Game Awards, developer studio Don’t Nod announced its next game: Lost Records: Bloom & Rage will once again be a story-driven adventure in which four teenagers come to terms with a well-kept secret from their youth after 27 years. We summarize all available information about the game for you
A story-based journey through time
This is how the developers describe their new adventure game: We seem to keep jumping from the present to the nineties, more precisely the magical summer
1995: Back then, high school friends Swann, Nora, Autumn and Kat got to know each other well. In the trailer, however, things quickly become really dramatic:
After a strange experience in the forest – we see an unnatural glow that the group stares at – the friends cut off all contact for 27 years. Now they meet again to confront the long-hidden secret that led to their separation.
Of course, the developers are not yet telling us exactly what happens. In the trailer, we can see the group running away from something, the forest is on fire and the friends are stuck in a hut. As supernatural events and abilities have repeatedly played a role in Life is Strange, Lost Records could incorporate something similar into its story.
The adventure game is set to be released in 2024, but not until later in the year. In addition to the release on Steam, the game will also be available for the Xbox Series X/S and Playstation 5.
