EA competitor UFL will not be released in 2023 as planned. However, Strikerz Inc. CEO Nashilov was able to provide new insights into the roadmap for the coming year in a Christmas Q&A.
Now it’s official! Despite an eventful year, Strikerz Inc. has to postpone the release of the new soccer simulation UFL even further. The targeted release in the third or fourth quarter of 2023 could therefore once again not be met. However, there is also a reason for hope:
In a Q&A session on the short message platform X (formerly Twitter), CEO Eugene Nashilov already gave an insight into the plans for 2024. According to this, the game will definitely be launched next year – but there is still one last hurdle to overcome!
UFL Release in 2024: That’s when the EA competitor will appear
Although the release of the soccer simulation could not take place as planned, Nashilov drew a positive conclusion for 2023. The company had gained many fantastic partners, including superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, who had provided additional financial resources with an investment of 40 million US dollars.
In addition, Strikerz Inc. was able to present a complete half-time with exclusively gameplay for the first time in spring and later start the closed alpha test phase, which is still running and being evaluated in parallel. Following this, a worldwide beta weekend will decide on the next steps.

“If we get through the BETA well, we will publish the date and release the game. So, to cut a long story short, it’s 2024″, the CEO said in his detailed reply post, apologizing to the community once again afterwards. So the wait could soon come to an end
