(Frontier Developments) has released a brand new trailer for the real-time strategy game “Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin “ which will be released on November 17 this year. This trailer gives us a glimpse of the wide range of features players can expect at the game’s launch.

The game features a gripping cinematic campaign where players will experience a rich, character-driven story set in a savage realm, written by acclaimed Black Library author Gav Thorpe . It promises a deep narrative experience, immersing players in a desperate conflict.

Another highlight of the game is the comprehensive multiplayer mode, which allows for cross-platform 1v1 and 2v2 multiplayer matches with a mix of human and AI opponents. Here players can prove their skills and even climb up a 1v1 leaderboard For those who prefer to play alone, “Eternal Conquest” offers an enhanced single-player experience. The commanders battle through randomly generated wilderness areas on their way to the final boss, and the so-called “seed” can be shared to allow indirect competition between players

Another exciting aspect of Realms of Ruin is the ability to  create custom maps, share them with others, and demonstrate proficiency on custom maps. In addition, players can color-code their armies to their liking and create impressive dioramas to show off their creative creations.

The Map Editor gives players similar tools as the developers, to create multiplayer maps and design their own battlefields in the wild realm of Ghur. This allows them to design terrain, place props, arrange bodies of water, and set game objectives according to their own ideas. Players are invited to share their creations with the community in a cross-platform in-game workshop where they can be downloaded, played and rated by others.

With the Army Livery feature, players have the ability to customize the color palettes for each of the four factions in the game. They can create entire color schemes for factions or even design color schemes for individual units. This helps to make the game experience as authentic as possible.

In addition, players can use the scene editor to create captivating dioramas and share them with the community. This allows characters to be showcased in curated snapshots in the Battle for Ghur. Players have the freedom to customize individual animation images to represent their individual Army Livery units and add a personal touch to their dioramas.
